皆んなさんどうでしたか？

うちに忙しかたですけどまだ大好きなガレット.デ.ロワー👑 作る時間があった.


通常、1年の最初の日曜日に食べられるこの美味しいパイ生地は、いくつかの風味豊かなアーモンドクリームで満たされています( #フランジパーニュー)🥂

フランスのシードルと一緒に食べるとさらに美味しい 😍

ココナッツの砂糖が使った、普通の砂糖なくなったから.
I used coconut sugar as I ran out of normal sugar.

For us it was eventful but we didn’t miss the sacred of …. 🥁🥁🥁 Galette des Rois👑

Usually eaten of the first Sunday of the year, this delicious puff pastry pie filled with some flavorful almond cream ( )

French cidre from is the ideal pairing for this delight.

This is probably one of the first recipes I used to make with my mother as a child. No need to say how much it tastes like childhood to me!


Haven’t done this recipe in more than 10 years but it still tasted delicious!
