【TGA 新たなモンテッソーリ のアフタースクール】TGA ELITE CLUB
●ENGLISH MONTESSORI AFTERSCHOOL●


2025年4月より、Tezukayama Global Academyのアフタースクールが新しくなります。
今までの日替わりのプロクラスに代わり、英語でモンテッソーリの各科目を徹底的に追求するクラスになります。

年齢や学年を超えて、また得意な分野の存分に取り組み伸ばす。
心技体から学ぶ強さ。毎日の体操とスポーツ。

対象:
●小学生コース=小学1年生〜6年生
時間: 月〜金曜日16:15～19:00
(登校時間: 15:45-17:00頃)
曜日は週2-5回から選択(週1は要相談)

5 アフタースクール開始時間の変更

●幼稚園コース=1.5歳〜年長児
時間: 月～金曜15:00~17:45
(登園時間: 14:30-15:45)
曜日は週2-5回から選択(週1は要相談)

※上記より早いお時間の到着については、延長料金のお支払いで可能です。終了後の延長も可能です。
※小学校•幼稚園•ご自宅からのお迎え、最寄駅またはご自宅へのお送りのスクールバスあり
※兄弟•いとこ割あり

⭐️【TGA Mochitsuki Day & SSW Winter Program - A Perfect Conclusion!】⭐️

TGA’s Mochitsuki day was a fantastic celebration of Japanese culture, wrapping up our successful SSW Winter Program. Students had a blast learning the traditional art of mochi-making, pounding rice and shaping their own delicious treats.

The event not only allowed students to experience this centuries-old tradition but also provided a perfect closing to the Winter Program, which was filled with creative and collaborative activities. The day was a great mix of fun and learning, and a wonderful way to end the SSW days on a high note.

It was an unforgettable experience, highlighting the importance of teamwork, tradition, and cultural appreciation. This was an enriching moment in our students’ journey at TGA. 🍡

We received an early Christmas present from the owner of the TGA building. Bright red apples! 🎁🍎

They were perfect for baking an apple tart, which we made and served as dessert for our Thanksgiving dinner. 🥧

It was so yummy! Everyone loved it, and the room was filled with smiles. ☺️✨

TGA Teacher Training

At Tezukayama Global Academy (TGA), our teachers are committed to delivering top-quality education. Let us introduce the regular training our instructors undergo.

Twice a month, on Sundays when there are no lessons, our instructors dedicate a full day to internal training. This involves not only deepening their expertise but also expanding their knowledge across all areas of Montessori education. They engage in case studies to reaffirm educational philosophies and TGA’s decision-making standards. Additionally, school tours are conducted to ensure that the promises made to parents are not only met but exceeded, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Beyond these scheduled Sundays, our instructors voluntarily dedicate their mornings and evenings on weekdays to further their knowledge. They also pursue professional development through domestic workshops and online courses, approaching their growth from multiple angles.

Our TGA instructors are passionate about education and love discussing it. They work together as one team, united in pursuit of TGA’s three founding goals. The dedication and continuous learning of our instructors leave a lasting impact on students, shaping them into the global leaders of tomorrow.

【TGAP講師トレーニング】

TGAではそれぞれの専門分野のスペシャリストが正規職員として働いています。今回は講師陣のトレーニングをご紹介します。

TGAの講師は毎月2回程度、子どもたちがお休みの日曜日に丸1日かけて様々な社内研修を行っています。その内容は、全員が専門分野だけでなく全ての分野のモンテッソーリを深く知ること。また、ケーススタディで教育理念、TGAでの判断基準の再確認。スクールツアーで保護者の皆様にお約束したことが期待以上に実践、実現できているかの確認と改善。

そして、予め決まった日曜日以外にも講師は、平日の朝や夕方にも自ら取り組んでいます。また、社内研修以外にも日本国内での研修、オンラインコースの受講など、多方向からのアプローチで取り組んでいます。

TGAの講師は皆教育の議論が大好きで熱心です。何より、世界中から集まった講師達が文化の違いや言葉の壁を乗り越えています。時に大きな議論に発展しながらも、互いの違いを認め合い、一つのチームとして3つの開学の目的をゴールとして向き合う姿、日々改善しようも学び続ける講師の姿勢は、未来のグローバルリーダーとなる子どもたちの心に残り、影響を与える続けるものと信じています。

Our students hopped on an exciting flight around the world 🌍 during our Cultural Week! They immersed themselves into the diverse cultures from all the countries around the world! Spain, Germany, the U.S.A., Mexico, Brazil, Japan, Korea, and even the North and South Poles! 🗺️. From exciting crafts to traditional cuisines, it was an unbeatable opportunity to broaden their global perspectives and deepen their understanding of various cultures. 👏

🌟【TGA Stand up Paddle Boarding day in Lake Biwa, Shiga】🌟
Our students had the opportunity to go on a field trip to Biwa Lake! Everyone was able to try Stand-up Paddle Boarding and to swim in such a beautiful landscape. 🏄‍♂️🏊‍♀️
It was a wonderful experience and full of smiles! 🤩
