The R35 GT-R has been retired after 18 years of production.

The final production car is a Premium edition T-Spec in Midnight Purple, which will be delivered to a customer in Japan.

Nissan said, "This is not the end of the GT-R nameplate; our goal is to reintroduce it in the future."
