Congratulations on an extraordinary Summer Showcase everyone!

We've just wrapped up a 40-hour month-long musical theatre intensive with a thrilling performance at ARTE PLAN's Akata Gallery Hall. Huge shout-out to Mai Kawamura for her impeccable director skills—your time doing off-Broadway shows in New York was not wasted!

If you weren't lucky enough to catch the show live this time, there will be a recording of the performance in its entirety going up next week. Stay tuned for some behind-the-scenes footage popping up over the next few days!

Hong Kong Cello Conservatory Cellistizzimo is here in Okinawa rehearsing for their performance tomorrow (July 17) at Ryukyu Mura! The video doesn't do the cello any justice; go feel the vibrations in person and be happy you did.

Summer Camp (Rock Band Edition) is coming up soon! 🎸

From July 27 to July 31, two 5-man bands will rehearse covers, write an original song, shoot a music video, and perform their set for the parents at the end-of-camp concert.

FAQ
q. What's the age range? Do I need music experience?
a. Minimum age without music experience is 11. If you're younger than this but play an instrument already, send us the details and we'll evaluate.

q. What instruments will we use?
a. When you form your band, you'll each choose an instrument from among guitar, bass, drums, keys, and vocals to use for the duration of camp.

Mr. Cannon reached out to us yesterday to extend an invitation for students at our studio to attend his Okinawa concert—and it's completely free!
