Meet Prachi

She grew her career across JP Morgan and Blackstone and is now a VP at TPG, where she builds their private wealth team.

Her superpower? Persistence. She broke into the industry through relentless outreach and mentorship, then went on to build private wealth teams at some of the biggest names in the business.

Privilege resentment is not a guillotine license.

I spent my twenties as an entertainment publicist watching the press circle every scandal like bloodhounds.

This week I watched creators do the same thing with the Phia story — rushing to a verdict.

The reporting is serious and deserves to be read. So does her side, when it comes.

I’d rather wait and be wrong than rush to be right — and yes, I’ll own that she gets more patience from me because she’s a female founder.

but this chaat is different.

i’ve held this close since november. very few people know what happened. and i’m sharing it now because of one question i can’t stop asking:

what about the women who don’t have The means to fight back. It's the same question I had about my divorce and it's the same question I have now.

the answer is that the only way through is to be prepared.
