During this time (Hanami) think about a positive change you would like to make in your life. Be it a modification to your diet or routine.
Perhaps something as simple as enjoying more sleep? Remember, if you don't have the time to exercise, then diet modification is one of the easiest ways to make a big positive step in your life.

Do you want to build arm and shoulder strength? Let's do Chair dips!
→Sit on the edge of a chair with your legs hip width apart, and place your hands on the seat next to your thighs.
Keep feet flat on the floor. Bend your elbows 90 degrees and lower yourself toward the floor.
Straighten your arms, raise yourself back to the start position, and repeat eight to 12 times:)
