Kawana Park Summer School Join us for some fun at Kawana Park this summer! Focus on creativity in English!! From 2 - 5pm every Saturday in August!! For 3 - 12 year old kids!

Arno and Lyndall are running a summer program each Saturday afternoon in August at Kawana Park, exit 3, next to 'Istlife Hair and Make Salon'. For ￥3000 every Saturday afternoon from 2 - 5pm your children can make new friends (and meet old ones too!)　participate in fun and games, arts and crafts and story times all in ENGLISH! For 3 - 12 year old children. Daily Schedule:
14:00 - Meet and Greet
14

:10 - Free Play
14:20 - Greeting Circle - physical warm up and general conversation
14:30 - Phonics review and Theme Introduction
15:00 - Snack Time
15:10 - Creative Review
16:00 - Daily water fight and mud play
16:45 - Story time
17:00 - Home Time

Please bring:

1) Hats
2) Change of clothes
3) Towel
4) Drink Bottle
5) Snack

We are so looking forward to having so much fun with you all this summer!

Sniff! Sniff! So sad! The last day of Summer School is tomorrow! We are having a GAMES day - so bring your spinning tops and marbles! Ever been TWISTED in a knot? Have you played snakes and ladders before? Get ready for some creative game fun! There will be prizes too, so come along and join the fun!

Wow! The holidays are nearly over and we only have 2 more weeks of summer school left! What a lot of fun we have had! We are going to enjoy chasing frogs this Saturday and our theme is Pirates and Princesses this week, so bring your pixie dust!

So, how many countries do you know of that have beautiful and interesting castles? Does Japan have castles? Does South Africa have castles? Can you think up your own country, flag and its own castle? Come and join us tomorrow from 2pm to 5pm and learn about different countries with amazing palaces and castles and show us what wonderful land YOU can come up with! See you tomorrow!

And so another Kawanapark Summer School Saturday has come to an end! We learnt about dinosaurs/dragons and fairies, talk about our dreams, made story collages, fairies in a bottle and some funky moving dinosaurs! After that we got soaked in the park!! Watch this space for our exciting new theme for next week! Have a great Obon-week! Arno

We learned about space!
We spoke about the planets, aliens, rockets and stars!
We made a fantastic rotating space craft!
We had a fun water fight and walked in mud!
WE HAD SO MUCH FUN!!!
