北斗文化学園インターナショナル調理技術専門学校

🇯🇵小樽ウィングベイにて開催される「小樽くらしたい共生フェス」への参加は今年て３年目です。
今年も北斗文化学園の調理師学科、自立支援介護福祉学科、こども未来学科、日本語教育課程の学生達でフェスを盛り上げるために皆一丸となりました。今年も開店前には、北海道福祉教育専門学校の澤田乃基学校長の最初の発声と共に学園並びに教職員全員で声を揃えて、勝鬨(かちどき)「エイエイオー！」をあげて気合いを入れました。

🇬🇧This marks the third year of our participation in the “Otaru Kurash*tai Kyosei Fes” (Otaru Living Together in Harmony Festival) held at Wing Bay Otaru.
Once again, students from Hokuto Bunka Gakuen—representing the Culinary Arts, Independent Living Support & Caregiving, Child Development, and Japanese Language Education departments—united their efforts to make the festival a success. Before opening, led by Principal Naoki Sawada of the Hokkaido College of Welfare Education, the entire student body and faculty joined voices in a spirited *kachidoki* cheer—“Ei-ei-oh!”—to rally their enthusiasm.

🇫🇷C’est notre troisième année de participation au festival « Otaru Kurash*tai Kyosei » qui se tient à Otaru Wing Bay.

Cette année, les élèves du département des arts culinaires, du département d’aide à l’autonomie et au bien-être, du département d’éducation à l’avenir de l’enfant et du programme d’enseignement du japonais de l’établissement Hokuto Bunka Gakuen se sont tous mobilisés pour faire de ce festival un succès. Comme les années précédentes, avant l’ouverture, le directeur Sawada Norimoto, de l’établissement Hokkaido Welfare Education College, a entraîné l’ensemble de l’école et du corps professoral dans un cri de ralliement, « Ei Ei Oh ! », pour galvaniser tout le monde.

🇯🇵この度、フランス🇫🇷リヨンアンスティテュ・ライフの日本料理・日本文化コースの留学生14名が室蘭に到着しました。
北海道福祉教育専門学校の全国生達と本校の在校生達により暖かい歓迎を受けました。皆さん半年間、がんばって下さい！

🇬🇧Fourteen international students from the Japanese Cuisine and Culture course at Institut Lyfe in Lyon, France, have arrived in Muroran.
They received a warm welcome from students of the Hokkaido College of Welfare and Education as well as students from our own school. We wish them all the best for the coming six months!

🇫🇷Quatorze étudiants du cours de cuisine et culture japonaises de l’Institut Life de Lyon sont arrivés à Muroran, en France.
Ils ont été chaleureusement accueillis par les étudiants du Hokkaido Welfare Education College et par nos propres étudiants. Nous leur souhaitons une excellente formation pour les six prochains mois !

🇯🇵4ヶ月間の日本研修を終えた、ディナール国立イブォン・ヴールジュホテル高等専門学校、ニース国立ジャーヌ&ポール・オジエ観光調理専門学校、モナコ公国レニエ３世高等専門学校のBTSコースの研修生達は、沢山の日本の思い出と共に帰国の途に着きました。
皆さんのご活躍を期待しています。

🇬🇧Trainees from the BTS programs at the Lycée Hôtelier Yvon Bourges (Dinard), the Lycée Hôtelier et de Tourisme Jeanne et Paul Augier (Nice), and the Lycée Rainier III (Monaco) have set off for home after completing their four-month training program in Japan, taking with them many fond memories.
We look forward to their future success.

🇫🇷Les stagiaires des formations BTS du Lycée hôtelier Yvon Bourges de Dinard, du Lycée hôtelier et de tourisme Jeanne et Paul Augier de Nice et de Lycée hôtelier Rainier III de Monaco ont achevé leur programme de formation de quatre mois au Japon et sont actuellement en route pour leur pays d’origine, emportant avec eux de nombreux souvenirs précieux de leur séjour.

Nous leur souhaitons plein succès dans leurs projets futurs.

🇯🇵やきとりJAPANフェスティバルに参加させて頂きました。
お揃いエプロンにキャップをかぶり、いつもとは違うスタイルでキャラメルポップコーンや手作りドーナツを販売しました。🍿🍩

🇬🇧We took part in the Yakitori JAPAN festival.

The students wore matching aprons and caps, and we sold caramel popcorn and homemade doughnuts—a departure from our usual style. 🍿🍩

🇫🇷Nous avons participé au festival Yakitori JAPAN.

Les élèves portaient des tabliers et des casquettes assortis et vendions du pop-corn au caramel et des beignets maison, dans un style différent de d’habitude. 🍿🍩
