Congratulations to our newest FTEC graduates! Over the course of the class, these Airmen built a strong foundation while gaining tools, knowledge and the mindset necessary to contribute immediately to the 35th Fighter Wing’s mission.

🗣️ A HUGE shoutout goes out to AB Lonnie Kimble from 35th OSS. He was recognized for exceptional performance during the course and received a coin from the 35th FW Command Chief Master Sergeant. 🔥

FTEC is only successful because of the dedicated professionals who step away from their primary duties to put their knowledge into our newest Airmen and we thank them all for their time and support.

Professional Development Center (PDC) Manager

Are you a TSgt passionate about developing Airmen and shaping the next generation of leaders? This is your chance to make a lasting impact across the Wing.
The Professional Development Center (PDC) Manager is a high-visibility, high-impact opportunity to lead enlisted professional military education and mentorship initiatives at the wing level.

🔹 Position Highlights:
✔️ Leads the 35 FW Professional Development Center
✔️ Oversee Foundations 300 and Foundations 500
✔️ Coordinate mentors, facilitators, and briefers across Wing agencies
✔️ Serve as a role model in professionalism, standards, and mentorship
✔️ Help shape the foundation of enlisted Airmen through PME & development

🔹 Eligibility Requirements:
• Grade: TSgt
• Retainability: Minimum 12 months
• Fitness: 80+ on most recent AF Fitness Test (no failures in last 12 months)
• Discipline: No UIF/Article 15 within past 3 years
• Must meet all AFI 36-2903 standards and demonstrate professional military bearing
