ORGANIC LIFE TOKYO 2026

GOKIGEN DONUTS CLUB

Mitsu.

— a quiet essence.
The beginning of everything.

Mitsu. Sweets
Three Essentials of Mitsu. Sweets

—

素材（蜜 — Essence）
Ingredients: Local and Seasonal

Sourcing local whenever possible.
By embracing Japan’s unique ingredients and the changing seasons,
we cherish the simple, everyday joy of authentic flavor.

—

材料（密 — Purity）
Philosophy: Plant-based and Gentle

Plant-based, gluten-free, and free from refined sugar.
Crafting delicious treats with gentle ingredients.
We focus on creating treats that are easy on the body and can be enjoyed with comfort.

—

Experience: Lightness and Fulfillment

Ensuring you feel light and refreshed even after eating.
We strive for a “lightness” that is easy on the body,
inviting you to reach for it naturally—a taste that truly completes you.

UKAI Brooklyn

UKAI Brooklynは Mitsu.

⸻

Mitsu.

To those who have supported UKAI Brooklyn,

Starting in April 2026,
UKAI Brooklyn will evolve into Mitsu.

Thank you, as always, for your warm support.

Until now, we have shared experiences centered around food.
From here on, we will bring together
food, yoga, sound, and space
as one continuous experience.

Mitsu. in everyday life.

What we value is not only what can be seen,
but also the subtle sensations and quiet comfort beneath it.

Like the nectar of a flower—
invisible, yet present.
Gentle, yet essential.

⸻

Mitsu.
A small yet profound presence within everyday life —
a quiet essence,
the beginning of everything.

⸻

While holding onto what we have always cherished,
we will continue to shape each experience with care.

We look forward to sharing this new chapter with you.
