AKESAKE

AKESAKE, in partnerships with sake breweries around Japan, provides education and promotion of the culture of sake.

Our focus is to provide a sake-lovers’ platform for information exchange and networking, and to promote a strong enthusiasm for sake while assisting in forging long-term meaningful relationships with sake. With the rise in popularity of sake and the rapid development of sake markets around the globe, a number of programs designed to educate and inform sake lovers continue to pop up. However, domestically, sake consumption dropped to about 557,000 kiloliters in 2014, compared with 746,000 kiloliters a decade earlier. With AKESAKE, our mission is to evangelize those with even a casual level of interest in sake, by providing fantastic sake-themed programs with an interesting network of people from all over the world.

We're just getting started and are fired up for our 2nd round with our host

We are proud to have Takara Shuzo sponsor our event with Mio and Mio Dry for those of you who enjoyed it at our Kick-Off event.
