Our Gymboree Play & Music/Gymboree International School location in Motoazabu (Hiroo) will be closing our doors on MARCH 28, 2026. We will miss all our current and former member families. Current and Former member families with children between 0 and 5 years old are welcome to stop by in March to say goodbye to Gymbo and play in our Gym room.

It all started back in 1976 when Joan Barnes, a mom from Marin County, CA, created a play-based early learning program. In the past 50 years we have grown to be an international brand, with locations in 24 countries. We are proud and excited to commemorate our 50th Anniversary all through 2026, and invite you to join our celebration as we remember how we started and look forward to the future!

すべては1976年、カリフォルニア州マリン郡の母親ジョーン・バーンズが遊びを基盤とした早期教育プログラムを創設したことに始まります。過去50年間で私たちは国際的なブランドへと成長し、24カ国に拠点を構えるまでに発展しました。2026年を通じて50周年を祝うことを誇りと喜びをもって記念し、私たちの始まりを振り返り、未来を見据えるこのお祝いの場に皆様をご招待いたします！

Wishing all Gymboree Play & Music Japan current and past member families a very happy and healthy 2026! As our 20-year history in Japan comes to a close in March 2026, we would like to express our gratitude to all the families who have supported us over the years. We hope that we have created memories that you and your family will cherish forever.
