The thing that calls your name, chase it.
The thing that rattles your bones, do it
until your courage drowns out the fear.
When your soul grows, feed it.
When your skin tugs, shape shift into something new.

When I think of the future of humanity; one that serves the people, respects the earth, possesses ingenuity, intelligence, and integrity, I do not see the systems we have. Furthermore, I do not see a people who would tolerate such systems.

This perspective does not advocate for violence or anarchy. Instead, it emphasizes our collective right and responsibility to demand systems that genuinely serve our needs, which includes the health and respect of this planet, rather than exploit them. To achieve this, we must critically assess and reform our existing systems and institutions, defining for ourselves what constitutes a just and effective system.

The issue is not with humanity itself, but with our willingness to allow flawed systems to perpetuate, and a deniability in our power as both individuals and, more importantly, a global people to require revolutionary change wherever there is corruption.

We are the ones responsible for what we allow to perpetuate.

Face the your own truth, decide if you want to start living them ❤️‍🔥

One of the greatest universal pains is the feeling of separateness. This can manifest as thoughts like, “I am alone,” “The world wasn’t made for me,” or “There’s nowhere I truly belong.”

True belonging lies within ourselves. The deeper truth is that our “self” is not just our physical form, but all versions of Self, which spiritual texts describe as God, our higher selves, or reality as a whole.

In essence, we can never escape the self; we can only lose awareness of who we truly are. As we gain greater clarity, we realize that we are all there is and that everything we seek is not only within us but a part of us. There is no escaping the self, only becoming aware of how to connect with it.

This is why I have created The Foundations course. So that we can deepen our connections to ourselves and each other. So that we can create on purpose. So that our lives can be our own and we can design a world whose fate rests on the shoulders of those willing to create it by design.

My name is Aama, and I believe in a world that looks different from the one often projected and televised; a world that is conscious, brimming with purpose, ingenuity, life, balance, peace, truth, and love. 🌈✨

To make this dream a reality, it will require the resurrection of The Heart and our shared humanity. 🌞

I’ve been considered to be many things in my life, but one thing that has remained true regardless is that I believe in forging paths where none seem apparent.

Since the beginning of my professional career, my journey has been a tapestry of transformative experiences: I’ve created and sold multiple businesses, lived in various countries, toured throughout Asia promoting business innovation, and consulted for startups, sharing insights that helped others thrive.

Yet, despite these accomplishments, I witnessed a world struggling to live. The higher I climbed, the more I saw the disparity and loss affecting our shared humanity and the beauty of our world.

What was missing? I realized that our relentless pursuit of logic and success at the expense of the heart was driving us mad and deteriorating our humanity. ❤️‍🩹

While initially discouraged, I chose to create a new path forward—one where we are liberated to create powerful lives and a world we love, with purpose and vision.

I believe in our power to embody and create the change we wish to see. It begins today and it starts with you and it starts with me.

As I began to love myself
I found that anguish and emotional suffering
are only warning signs that I was living against my own truth.
Today, I know, this is Authenticity.

As I began to love myself
I understood how much it can offend somebody
if I try to force my desires on this person, even though I knew the time was not right
and the person was not ready for it,
and even though this person was me.
Today I call this Respect.

As I began to love myself
I stopped craving for a different life, and I could see that everything that surrounded me was inviting me to grow.
Today I call this Maturity.

As I began to love myself
I quit trying to always be right,
and ever since I was wrong less of the time. Today I discovered that is Modesty.

As I began to love myself
I recognized that my mind can disturb me and it can make me sick. But as I connected it to my heart, my mind became avaluable ally. Today I call this connection Wisdom of the Heart.

We no longer need to fear arguments,
confrontations or any kind of problems with ourselves or others. Even stars collide,
and out of their crashing, new worlds are born. Today I know: This is Life! ❤

I’ve been spending my time in the South of France with Cathar Priests and Mystics who carry with them traditions that have all but been forgotten.

Most days have been spent in contemplation of what and who we used to be as people, what we used to know, what we used to remember and why so many of us were killed for it, why today it remains hidden, and what it might be like if it were to rise again.
