Kano.N「The horses」を社会へひらく🐎
今年の初め、元麻布ラボで開催した
Kano.Nさんのお馬さんをテーマにした展覧会
「Kano.N Solo Exhibition The horses」
会期中には、Kanoさん自身がデザインし、
シルクスクリーンで一枚ずつ手刷りしたTシャツも販売しました。
手に取ってくださった皆さま、ありがとうございました。
材料費を差し引いた利益は、10,450円。
その使い道も、Kanoさん自身が決めました。
選んだのは、引退した馬たちが草原の上で幸せに暮らせる環境をつくる活動をしている、NPO法人ホーストラストへの寄付でした。
寄付もKanoさん自身の手でPCのネットバンキング画面をクリックして、10,450円を届けました。
作品をつくる。
展覧会をひらく。
誰かが見に来てくれる。
そして、自分の作品から生まれたお金を、
自分が大切だと思うことへ手渡していく。
アートと社会をつなぐ小さな循環を生みだしていく。

ひとりから3人へ。
3人から30人へ。
ときには地域や社会へ。
この秋も、ラボのあちこちで
新しいプロジェクトが動き始めています。
どこへたどり着くのか、私たちもわからなくてわくわくします。
この秋の航海も楽しみです。

From “The horses” to the world. 🐎
Earlier this year, Kano.N held her horse-themed solo exhibition at MIRO ART LAB.
She also designed and hand-printed T-shirts, one by one, using silkscreen. After material costs, the project made a profit of ¥10,450.
Kano chose to donate it to NPO Horse Trust, which supports retired horses and provides them with a peaceful life on open grassland.
She chose where the money would go — and made the donation herself.
Create something.
