This was our first school trip of the year. We visited the iidabashi petting zoo, where the kids could pet sheep and goats, see a large tortoise and guinea pig, and even ride a pony! It was a lot of fun! This trip aims to help children develop positive feelings about animals, which can boost a child's self-esteem and help them develop empathy and compassion.

今年度最初の修学旅行でした。飯田橋のふれあい動物園に行き、羊やヤギとふれあい、大きな亀やモルモットを見たり、ポニーに乗ったりしました。とても楽しかったです。この旅行は、子どもたちが動物に対してポジティブな感情を抱くことで、子どもの自尊心を高め、共感や思いやりを育むことを目的としています。

The Big kiddies explored two and three dimensional shapes by constructing shapes out of playdough and toothpicks. Learning these 3D shapes not only assists children in identifying and organizing visual information, but it also assists students in learning skills in other areas.

Final day of our spring program. We weren’t able to go for a picnic however we made our stay in school worthwhile. The kids painted a sakura tree instead and made it a wall decor with their photos on it.
