形容詞（adjective）の使い方ひとつで、シンプルな文章がより興味深く魅力的になることを学び、実践しました✍️
チームに分かれ、ひとつの文章にさまざまなadjectiveを加えながら表現を工夫。
思わず笑ってしまうような、個性あふれる文章が数多く生まれました😆
発表の時間には自然と笑いが広がり、教室は終始明るく和やかな雰囲気に♪
言葉の持つ力や面白さを実感できる、充実したひとときとなりました🌈

Students learned how using adjectives can turn simple sentences into more interesting and engaging ones ✍️
Working in teams, they added different adjectives to a sentence and created many unique and funny expressions 😆
The classroom was filled with laughter, and it was a fun and meaningful time to discover the power of words 🌈

【GS020　Building Bridge Experiment】
先日、GS020のクラスで「Building Bridge Experiment」を行いました🌉✨
実験の前には、橋に関する単語やフレーズをしっかり練習！さらに、さまざまな構造の橋があることも学びました。
そしていよいよ実験スタート💡
紙やストローを使って、それぞれのグループがオリジナルの橋づくりに挑戦！
どの橋が一番重さに耐えられるのかを、実際に検証しました🔥
楽しさの中にも、自分たちで考え、工夫しながら学ぶ姿が見られた時間でした✨
さまざまな体験を通して、感じたことや考えたことを英語で表現できる力を、少しずつ広げていってほしいと願っています🌱

Recently, our GS020 class did a “Building Bridge Experiment” 🌉✨
Students learned some new words and different types of bridges first.
Then they built their own bridges using paper and straws 💡
They tested which bridge was the strongest 🔥
It was a fun and thoughtful activity.
We hope they will keep learning and gradually gain confidence to express their ideas in English✨

【GS040 Timeline Poster】

GS040のSocial Studiesのクラスでは、Historyを学ぶうえで大切な「Timeline」について学びました📚✨
先日のレッスンでは、生まれてから現在までの思い出の写真を持ち寄り、それぞれの“Personal History Timeline Poster”作りに挑戦！
自分の成長のストーリーを振り返りながら、クラスのみんなの前で発表しました🎤
少し照れながらも、自分の物語を一生懸命伝る姿がとても印象的で、お互いの歴史を知ることができる、心温まる楽しい時間となりました😊💛

In Social Studies, we learned about timelines, an important part of studying history 📚✨
In our recent lesson, students brought photos from their lives and created their own Personal History Timeline Posters.
They looked back on their memories and shared their stories with the class 🎤
They were a little shy, but it was a warm and fun time getting to learn about each other’s stories 😊💛

【Evacuation Drill】
J PREP A+では、年に３度、様々な災害を想定した避難訓練を実施しています。
昨日5/7(木)には、A+四谷校にて火災を想定した避難訓練を実施しました。
今年度初めての避難訓練でしたが、どのコースの生徒もみな講師・スタッフの指示に従って素早く避難することができました。
全員の避難後、簡単に訓練の振り返りと、もし本当の火災が起こったときでも今日のように落ち着いて避難しようねと話をしました。質問に的確に答えたり、問いかけにはしっかりと返事をしてくれたりする姿が見られ、頼もしい限りです。
今後も定期的に避難訓練を実施し、災害時に備えてまいります。

On May 7, students at our Yotsuya campus practiced a fire drill and safely evacuated by following staff instructions.

【Color Experiment】
GS010では、色の名前について英語で学び、色同士を混ぜたらどんな色になるのか実験を行いました🎨✨
水彩パレットと筆を使い、みんなで一緒に色を混ぜてワークシートにぬっていきます。
赤と黄色を混ぜると、黄色と青を混ぜると、それぞれどんな色になったでしょう…？
上手にぬれたら、みんなの前で"What is it?" "It's___!"と元気に発表します！
楽しくカラフルな時間を過ごしました🌈

In GS010, we learned the names of colors in English and experimented with mixing colors to see what new ones we could create 🎨✨
Using watercolor palettes and brushes, everyone mixed colors together and filled in their worksheets.
What happens when you mix red and yellow? How about yellow and blue…?
After finishing their artwork, each student presented in front of the class, “What is it?” “It’s ___!”
It was a fun and colorful time for everyone 🌈

【New school year has begun!】

J PREP A+でも、新しい1年が始まりました！
新入生のみなさんは、最初は新しい環境にドキドキした様子でしたが、やさしく頼もしい先輩たちのサポートですぐに打ち解け、今では笑顔でのびのびと過ごしています。
オールイングリッシュの毎日の中で、少しずつそれぞれのペースで成長中です。
まずは、毎日通学できていることに Great job！

A new school year has begun at J PREP A+!
Our new students were a little nervous at first in their new environment, but thanks to the kind and supportive help of their senior peers, they quickly settled in and are now smiling and enjoying their days.
Surrounded by English throughout the day, they are growing little by little at their own pace.
For now, just coming to school every day — great job!

【Ice Cream Social】
A+の各校舎では、たくさんの新入生を迎え、にぎやかで心弾む新学期がスタートしました🌸
Spring Programの締めくくりには、新入生の緊張をほぐし、あたたかくお迎えする恒例の Ice Cream Social を開催しました🍨
思い思いにトッピングを選んでオリジナルアイスを作りながら、お友だちとの会話も弾み、笑顔あふれるひとときになりました。
これから始まるA+での英語の時間が、お友だちと共に楽しみ、互いに刺激し合いながら成長できる素敵なものになることを心より願っています。

At all A+ campuses, we welcomed many new students and started a fun and exciting new term 🌸
To celebrate the end of our Spring Program, we held our annual Ice Cream Social to help new students feel relaxed and welcome 🍨
Students enjoyed choosing their favorite toppings, making their own ice cream, and chatting with new friends.
We hope their time learning English at A+ will be joyful, inspiring, and full of growth together with friends.
