Big moons have a rejuvenating effect on me.

I am now in Seoul to teach Alexander, including a one-day launch of my "Pilandes" workshop for 19 Pilates Educators, for those who read my (sometimes) Daily. (link below folks!)

Then I fly to Portugal for a three-day Billionaire's Shark Tank, where I will pitch my idea for a potential Alexander Unicon to people with money. Then I am off to London to teach at the Contemporary School of Piano in Baker Street—plus lots of shows, including Punchdrunk for the first time. I can't complain about retired life, haha.

I went to see this play tonight - and 2 hours into the show Sir Ian McKellen fell off the stage. It was just a few rows away and I heard him screaming:

"Help me! Help me! Help me!"

At first I thought it was some modern theatre theatrics, but apparently not. We were all shepparded out into St Martins Lane and they soon announced that the show was cancelled and Sir Ian was being taken to the hospital.

Very dramatic - he gave a wonderful performance. At 85 he seems very alive. But falling off a stage for a guy that old is not a good thing...
