Today’s pose challenge was 🐸Pose or Malasana Squats.
You can have so much fun with this pose + your littles! I used to love playing the song, “5 little Speckled frogs” while jumping around with my littles.
As part of my healing journey I would practice kegel variations in Malasana Squats to regain strength in my .

We can all become heroes. if we decide to live our life in service. If we decide to take responsibility for not only our own life but all the lives on this earth. If we start making conscious choices that serve the greater good. Your own healing is helping many others heal. Your shadows become your light. Your fears become your superpowers. Your struggle becomes your wisdom. Your pain becomes your love.
We all have an influence on the people in our lives. Live to serve. Become that hero.

This image is from 4 years ago. I never posted it because I felt it wasn’t “good enough” for the gram. I was made fun of by people (just strangers on the internet and a few high profile yoga teachers) for my lack of flexibility in this pose. As much as I’d like to say (as a grown woman) it didn’t bother me, it must have because this image was buried on my Dropbox and never shown to anyone.

Now, I’m at a point in my life where I’ve scaled back my physical practice and I doubt I could even do this anymore. Funny how life is ... I look at this now and think, “Wow, you definitely should have posted it!”😁

I no longer care about what my body can do but instead, I just want to be healthy. I want to wake up and feel good and enjoy my life. Maybe one day I will care again about becoming flexible or achieving postures that eluded me or... maybe I’ll learn to just be happy that I’m healthier than I’ve ever been, happier than I knew was possible, and way more than good enough.🙏🏻
