今年のGECには全国から73チームのエントリーがありました。3月15日の事前学習会を経て、3月29日に国内予選です。

Global Enterprise Challenge 高校生対象-起業アイデアの国際競技大会 / Business idea competition for high school students

We held the online awards ceremony for the Global Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge (GYEC) 2025. This year, 430 teams (2,651 students) from 28 countries participated. After going through national qualifiers and the first round of the global competition, 55 teams (339 students) advanced to the finals.
Today, we are pleased to announce the following winning teams. Congratulations!

▶ Winner (1st place): Dynamo, Raffles Institution, Singapore
▶ Runner-up (2nd place): Visionary, Taipei American School, Taiwan
▶ Special Recognition Award: Lopatas, Mix Team, Ukraine

This year’s challenge was: “to propose an innovative, cost-effective technological solution to help a global company include deaf employees in the workplace and support their career development.”

In addition to active entrepreneurs in this field, Deaf individuals also joined the judging panel. This provided a valuable learning opportunity not only for students but also for the judges and staff involved.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the judges who supported the national and global rounds, helping us bring this year’s challenge to a successful conclusion.

We also look forward to seeing not only more student participants in entrepreneurship education but also a growing community of supporters for these initiatives.

国内予選が終わり、4月12日～13日にかけて高校生の国際競技の世界大会Global Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge (GYEC)の1次予選を開催しました。日本のように国内予選をしていない国からの代表チームを選出するためのものですが、今年は24ヵ国から151チームがエントリーし、143チームがコンプリートしました。最後までがんばって皆さん、お疲れ様でした。
We held the preliminary round of the Global Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge (GYEC) world competition for high school students on April 12–13. This round was organized to select representative teams from countries that do not hold national qualifiers like Japan.
This year, 151 teams from 24 countries entered the competition, and 143 teams completed the challenge. Thank you and congratulations to all the teams who worked hard and completed the challenge!

2025年のGlobal Enterprise Challengeの表彰式を4月10日にオンラインで開催しました。今年の国内予選の課題は、大阪関西万博で「若い人が科学技術の可能性にワクワクするような展示の提案」でした。
審査員の中には、実際に万博の企画や企業出展に関わっている方もおられ、表彰式では貴重なコメントを頂きました。
そして、今年の日本代表チームは、以下の3チームとなりました。おめでとうございます。5月17日の世界大会でも、がんばってください。

1位：HGHarmonies（広尾学園高等学校）
2位：MAE2（さいたま市立大宮国際中等教育学校）
3位：Tebukuronyanko（加藤学園暁秀高等学校）
そして、すべてのチームの参加者の方、審査員の方、本競技に参画いただきありがとうございました。

本日は、いよいよGlobal Enterprise Challenge 2025の本戦日。朝8時から70チーム約450人の高校生達が新しい事業提案に挑戦しています。
