From Seeds to Delicious Food!

Our students turned months of field work into the ultimate summer curry feast! 🍛🌱

For the past few months, our students have poured countless hours into the soil—tending and nurturing their crops throughout the spring semester.

Students presented their top crops for evaluation. Professors and peers graded each harvest on structural health, quality, and vibrancy.
Then came the celebration! The team fired up the kitchen to cook a summer curry using their fresh harvest, featuring everything from sweet, sun-ripened tomatoes to fiery hot peppers. 🌶️

We had guest lecturers speak about Space Business & Geoeconomics.

Students in Prof. Igawa's Principles of Business Administration course recently got an insider’s look into the commercial space sector during an exclusive guest lecture featuring two distinguished industry leaders:

- Senior Research Fellow | Institute of Geoeconomics (IOG)

Bringing together students from both Engineering and Business Administration, this cross-disciplinary session explored the cutting-edge intersection of space technology, international strategy, and global market expansion!

🌾 From Classrooms to Crop Fields: Hands-On Harvesting at KUAS! 🚜✨

Over the course of the Spring Semester our students stepped out of the lecture hall and directly into the field to plant rice entirely by hand!

While modern agricultural machinery offers high-speed efficiency, mastering traditional, hands-on field techniques gives our future scientists a deep, firsthand understanding of food systems.

At KUAS, education isn't just observed from a textbook—it's experienced, tested, and grown from the ground up.

Empowering students with real-world tech skills! 💻🌐

Campus life at our university is all about pushing boundaries and learning practical skills that set you up for future success. A perfect example is the KUAS Open Source Circle collaborating with WordPress to host an exclusive, one-day Campus Connect workshop!

During this intensive, interactive event, students took their first steps toward building their very own websites from scratch. Guided by experts from WordPress, students learned the fundamentals of creating a website. The day wrapped up with a thrilling showcase, where students put their creations to the test to win prizes and connect with local tech professionals! 🚀✨
