Do you know the phrasal verb ‘to carry out’?
📖 Meaning: "To carry out" means to perform or execute a task or duty. It is widely used in legal contexts.
For example:
1. The police carried out an investigation.
2. We need to carry out a compliance review to check compliance with GDPR.
3. This week we are carrying out due diligence for the buyer in a share purchase agreement.
💡 My tip for you is to replace "do" with "carry out" for a more professional legal tone! Leave a comment with your own sentence using carry out!

🎄Christmas seems so long ago now, but as I’ve been a bit slow getting back to social media I wanted to post about something which put a huge smile on my face over the Christmas period. 🤗
