Today, my daughter, my friend, and I officially completed 普通救命講習Ⅰ ( CPR/AED training conducted by fire departments like 消防本部. )together. 🚑
As a mom and a school support teacher, I believe being prepared is part of loving and protecting the people around us. Before my daughter starts her new journey, I wanted her to carry not just dreams — but life-saving skills too.

久しぶりの出勤です。
インフルエンザのため1週間お休みをいただきましたが、本日より復帰いたしました。

Every child learns differently.

Some students do not thrive with memorization or rule-heavy instruction. They learn better when they are guided to notice mistakes, think through problems, and understand why something works or does not work.
My teaching focuses on problem-based learning, error analysis, and guided reflection. I support students in identifying what is incorrect, understanding the reason, and finding the correct solution step by step.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)–informed educational strategies and reading intervention for students with diverse learning needs.
I also hold certification to teach all levels of EIKEN, a license to teach English at the elementary school level, and I work as a Special Education Support Teacher in an elementary school.
These qualifications allow me to support not only academic skills, but also confidence, emotional balance, and long-term understanding.
I believe that when students feel safe to make mistakes, learning becomes deeper and more sustainable.

子ども一人ひとりに、合った学び方があります。

暗記やルール中心の指導が合わない生徒もいます。
そのような生徒は、間違いに気づき、問題を考え、
「なぜそうなるのか」を理解することで力を伸ばします。

私の指導では、問題提示・誤りの分析・丁寧な振り返りを大切にしています。
どこが間違っているのか、なぜ間違っているのかを一緒に考え、
一歩ずつ正解にたどり着けるようサポートします。

私は 認知行動療法（CBT）を取り入れた教育的アプローチ と
さまざまな学習特性を持つ生徒へのリーディング指導 のトレーニングを受けています。
また、英検全級対応の指導認定を持ち、
小学校英語指導者資格を有し、
現在 小学校にて特別支援教育のサポート教員 としても活動しています。

これらの経験と資格を活かし、学力だけでなく、
自信・心の安定・長く残る理解を育てることを大切にしています。

安心して間違えられる環境こそが、深い学びにつながると考えています。

Today, the City Mayor paid a courtesy visit to our home to personally confer one of Japan’s highest civilian honors upon my father-in-law.
In recognition of his long and distinguished service to the city, his lifetime of dedication has been formally honored by the nation.
We are deeply honored to stand beside him in this season of his life, with sincere gratitude and pride.

According to the official certificate, His Majesty the Emperor of Japan conferred the Order of the Rising Sun in acknowledgment of my father-in-law’s outstanding contributions to public service.
The decoration was granted at the Imperial Palace and has been formally recorded by the Cabinet Office of Japan.
本日、市長がご自宅までご訪問くださり、
義父に対し、日本における最高位の民間勲章の一つを親授してくださいました。
市政における長年の顕著な功績が認められ、
その生涯にわたる献身が国より正式に称えられました。
人生のこの節目の時期を共に歩めることを、深い感謝と誇りをもって受け止めております。

賞状には、日本国天皇陛下より、
義父の公共への長年にわたる多大な貢献を称え、
**旭日章（旭日単光章）**が皇居において授与されたことが記されています。
本叙勲は、内閣府により正式に記録されています。

Since 2017, this Eikaiwa has been part of my life.
One year since moving to our new location.
Quiet growth, meaningful lessons, and students who remind me why I teach.

This Eikaiwa continues to be a part of my life built on patience, trust, emotional safety, and long-term learning.

English is a foreign language, and learning should never be forced.
I believe real progress happens when students feel supported, not pressured.

Thank you to the students and parents who chose quality over speed
and growth over pressure.
Grateful for this journey, and for the trust. Here’s to steady growth and meaningful learning. Quietly continuing, with purpose.

2017年に英会話教室をスタートし、新しい場所に移ってから1年。
静かな成長、意味のあるレッスン、そして教える理由を思い出させてくれる生徒たち。

この英会話教室は、今も私の人生の一部です。
忍耐、信頼、心の安全、そして長期的な学びを大切にして続けています。

英語は外国語です。だからこそ、学びは決して無理に進めるものではありません。
支えられていると感じたときにこそ、本当の成長が生まれると信じています。

The insights from the Language of Behavior webinar deepened my understanding of the functions behind student behavior and helped me develop more supportive learning environments.
