Founded in 1982, this school is situated in Honjo City, Saitama Prefecture, about 80 kilometers northwest of central Tokyo.

It offers programs for students in grades 10 through 12. Admission is competitive, based on the results of an entrance examination which is prepared and administered by the school. It also provides for admission through self-recommendation by students who have achieved remarkable results in extra-curricular activities. Young persons returning from abroad are also admitted.
