絞ったみりんの酒カスが自然に沈んだ"おり酒"

白いお酒には木綿袋から滲み出た上質な酒粕が含まれています☺️

加熱・滅菌前の生のみりんは、そのままをオンザロックなどで新鮮な味を味わうのも美味しいです。

毎年多くの人が楽しみにしている、希少な本物の味わいです。
店頭販売は今しばらくお待ちくださいませ。

潮蔵(しおくら)さんへ〜鞆の浦バスセンター横
味変して楽しい、鯛茶漬けは
白濁の鯛だしがスゴイ😋！

骨も身も炊き上げて、一週間。
丁寧な仕事で、旨みを目一杯に味わう出汁がたまりません。
それも鯛の身のお刺身の新鮮な甘みと合わせて
サラサラいただく"ひつまぶし"風の一品です。

入江のみりんがたっぷり使われていて、
郷土の懐かしさいっぱいの味わい、、、

ごちそうさまでした。

チョーサイじゃ〜
九月の終わりにある鞆の祭り"チョーサイ"へ
当番町の準備が進められています。
沼名前神社の渡守神社の例祭（秋祭り）とされ、三日間伝統の流れを受け継いで進められます。

夜には酒宴、昼には揃いの祭り衣装で町を練り、
数々のお祭りの中でも参加人数、準備期間の一番多いお祭りでもあります。
