The Strike and National Security

Decades ago, when air traffic controllers went on strike and grounded flights across the USA, President Reagan stepped in and told the union that their actions harmed national security.

ALL the traffic controllers were fired and new workers (assisted and trained by military flight controllers) took over.

The incompetent duo (B&H) MUST take action on this soon or our national security will be damaged.

Additionally Governor Jim Pillen should ensure that we do not have similar union problems in the state of Nebraska. There are times when strong forceful action is the ONLY way to go.

Do not take away all the problems like a snowplow clearing the path for your child; instead teach your child to be stronger so he or she can overcome future problems.

If you could go back in time and save the Dodo bird from extinction, would you do it?
If you could save an ancient tree from thousands of years ago from going extinct, would you?

How about today? The Japanese Emerald Ash Borer is an invasive species (a bug)
that infects and kills 100% of Green Ash trees in its path. Look at the red areas on
the map. They are already infected. They are lost...100% of the infected trees will die.

The Desert Oasis Project together with The Global Survivor (personal preparation
newsletter that will start up in April 2021) will plant Green Ash seedlings in the deserts
of Northern Nevada to isolate them (30 miles of desert) from human traffic areas.

This may be the only hope to save the Green Ash. We have this year, and maybe one or
two more before there are no more non-infected areas from which to get seedlings.

Would you like to help stop the extinction of the great Green Ash tree? We are trying but
we could use some help. The Global Survivor has already donated 40 acres of land.
What can you do? Remember the Dodo. This time we can MAYBE make a difference.

Each resident will be an LLC member.

Each property of a member will be 10 acres, so you will have room to have livestock, chickens, garden orchard, or just walk around in your birthday suit if you please.

Every resident will be a member of the neighborhood security, neighbors watching each other's backs.

Any phone or internet in the future will be by buried cables.
This neighborhood will be ideal for those who are sensitive to Electro-Magnetic Radiation.

A 3,000 Ft airstrip is planned for 2022 (Cessnas only need about 1,000 Ft.) and there is already a pilot for quick trips in and out.

The nearest town is a 10-15 minute flight away, or 45 minutes on 4 wheel drive roads, making the area secluded so no far left problems in this neighborhood.

One LLC member runs the top academic school in Japan, so group homeschooling here will be available.

Initial members will help recommend additional members.

Each membership (Your 10 acres in this select community) will be just a bit more than the cost of a nice new car.

We may have partial financing over a 20 year period for those who are a little low on cash but high on character and values.

After the tree-lined streets are in, and the airstrip is made, prices will go up significantly.

Look at this design of the area, notice where the road is, where the community center will be (2021), package delivery building (2021), and community well (until you get your own well dug) and see where you would like to be.

Notice there are 11 open areas that are beside or very near the existing road. They will be available first.

As the North-South tree-lined roads are put in, the other parcels will be available as well. You may request a reservation on any piece available now or later.
