2026年7月28日、学校法人愛和学園は、Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia（PUC）シェムリアップ校と国際教育連携に関するMOUを締結しました。
本MOUは、今年4月にプノンペンで締結した協定に続く、愛和学園にとってカンボジアで2件目のMOUです。また、シェムリアップ地域では初となる大学との教育連携です。
PUCは、カンボジアで英語による高等教育を先駆的に展開し、国際的な教育環境を築いてきた大学です。
PUCシェムリアップ校は、日本留学フェアや日本語能力試験（JLPT）の実施を通じても、日本とカンボジアをつなぐ教育交流の拠点の一つとなっています。
学校法人愛和学園は、35年以上にわたる日本語教育を基盤に、日本留学支援、ITをはじめとする技術教育、そして日本での就職支援まで、一人ひとりの将来に寄り添う教育を行ってきました。
今回の連携では、PUCが培ってきた英語を基盤とする国際教育と、愛和学園の日本語教育・進学支援・技術教育・就職支援を結びます。
MOU締結後はすでに、新たな留学プログラムの実現に向けて、両校による共同カリキュラムの作成にも着手しています。
英語と日本語、国際的な視野と専門性を備え、日本で学び、働き、未来を切り拓く人材を育てること。
PUCとともに、学生の可能性を具体的な進学・就職の成果へつなげられるよう、取り組みを進めてまいります。

On July 28, 2026, Aiwa Gakuen Educational Corporation signed a Memorandum of Understanding on international educational cooperation with the Siem Reap Campus of Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC).
This is Aiwa Gakuen’s second MOU in Cambodia, following the partnership concluded in Phnom Penh in April this year. It is also our first educational partnership with a university in the Siem Reap area.
PUC has played a pioneering role in English-medium higher education in Cambodia and has built an international learning environment for its students. Through activities such as the Study-in-Japan Fair and the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT), PUC Siem Reap also serves as one of the local hubs for educational exchange between Cambodia and Japan.
With more than 35 years of experience in Japanese-language education, Aiwa Gakuen provides continuous support in Japanese-language learning, study-abroad preparation, technical education including IT, and career development in Japan.
Through this partnership, we will connect PUC’s English-based international education with Aiwa Gakuen’s Japanese-language education, further-study support, technical education, and employment support in Japan.
Following the signing of the MOU, both institutions have already begun developing a joint curriculum for a new study-abroad program.
Our goal is to develop young people who possess English and Japanese language skills, an international perspective, and professional expertise—and who can study, work, and build their futures in Japan.
Together with PUC, we will continue turning this partnership into meaningful educational opportunities and tangible outcomes for Cambodian students.
