I’ve been working very hard these days, with many graduation ceremonies across AIWA’s five campuses to attend in my role as an AIWA Board Member and Director of Admissions. While I do my best to post IG stories , I haven’t made a formal post here in a long time. It has been very satisfying to see that the results of several years of hard work , patience and planning have payed off 🙏🏻 I am happy to announce that AIWA colleges are thriving 🔥📈👍🏻 with full enrollment (operating at maximum capacity) from April 2026 . AIWA education division (with over 1,500 students currently enrolled) is also expanding operations rapidly,
with many new outstanding full time employees hired from April this year and a new Japanese language school under construction in Hakata which
will be one of the largest Japanese language education facilities in Kyushu. It is my absolute pleasure to assist hundreds (and eventually thousands) of young international students acheive their dreams here in Japan while also supporting Japan’s employment sustainability goals. We have also established the operations of new technical training programs abroad
in south east Asia. AIWA Real Estate sales and property management division is also doing extremely well (with over 400 multi-unit apartment buildings constructed and sold) and has branched out into luxury residential property development and sales from this year. Furthermore, my handpicked new business development team has been making excelling progress (most recently onboarding a new CTO) on
our new projects / prototypes and the launch of my second company (AIWA Digital Labs) at end of last year (focused on B2B corporate training , DX,AI,AR,VR,XR, Digital Twin , forensic audit and IT solutions) with my two business partners is profitable and strategically well positioned for the challenging and fast paced years ahead . I would like to thank AIWA Chairman Richard Abe , AIWA President Daisuke Abe and all of my colleagues at AIWA group for their hard work and shared vision. I look forward to a very bright future together
