創業から10年。
これまで支えてくださったすべての皆さまに、心より感謝申し上げます。
この節目に、特別なメッセージをいただきました。
エジミウソン氏との出会いは、偶然ではなく、活動を通じて少しずつ築かれてきた関係の中から生まれたものです。
これまで私たちは、国や言語を越えた挑戦の現場で、何度も同じ時間を共有してきました。
その中で彼は、肩書きではなく、一人の人として向き合い、目の前の人の可能性に本気で向き合い続けてくれました。
ある場面では、言葉が通じない環境の中でも、
「大事なのはスキルじゃない。信じることだ」と、身振り手振りで伝え続けていた姿がありました。
またある時には、結果が出ずに立ち止まる若者に対して、
自らの経験を語りながら、「ここからがスタートだ」と背中を押してくれました。
その姿勢は、私たちが大切にしてきた価値観そのものでした。
だからこそ今回のメッセージは、単なるお祝いではありません。
これまで同じ方向を見て歩んできたからこその“信頼”であり、
これからの未来に対する“期待”だと受け止めています。
出会いには意味がある。
その積み重ねが、今をつくっている。
私たちはこれからも、
一人ひとりの可能性を信じ、
