with regard to year-end adjustments

Thank you all for your hard work.
I will explain the rules for the deduction of support once again.
Starting January 1st this year, if your dependents are over 30 and under 70 years old, you will need to remit more than 380,000 yen per person annually.

You don't need to send more than 380,000 yen for the following ages, but you need remittance and materials.
16〜29 years old
70〜years old

Everyone sends money to their families every month, but please check the total amount of money you have sent since January this year and to whom.

Also, if you are sending money from a bank other than SBI, please prepare the remittance certificate by yourself.

You will submit it to the company from late November to mid-December, but I will let you know when.

We can only prepare the SBI bank remittance certificate.
If you have sent the money by SBI after October 1st, please contact us.

Precautions for consecutive holidays

1. Carrying a residence card
Be sure to carry your residence card with you when you go out.
Non-carrying is a crime.

2. Take care of your physical condition
Everyone, please take care of yourself.Most hospitals are closed during the consecutive holidays.
Even if you get sick, the hospital is closed.
Please be careful not to catch a cold.

3. Please inform us in advance when you go on a long trip
If we don't have information such as when and where you are going, hotels, we can't be able to run to the place when you have trouble.
Please inform us for case of emergency.

4. Be careful not to lose your valuables
There are several people who lose their wallets and cell phones when they go out because of carelessness.Please take care of your valuables by yourself.

5. Watch out for noise in dormitories
During the consecutive holidays, people gather at the dorm and have a party, and sometimes complain.
Not only you but also other Japanese live in the dormitory building.
Please refrain from parties in the dormitory so as not to bother.

6. About Bicycles
When you drive a bicycle, be careful not to get into an accident with other cars or pedestrians.
There is a possibility of serious injury in a traffic accident.

7. Prevention of Corona Infection
Although it is decreasing, new corona infections continue.Please continue to take measures to prevent infection, such as wearing a mask on the go or washing your hands and gargling after returning home.

Envelopes may arrive at your dorm from the bank you use.
The contents of the envelope are that the bank wants to confirm my new residence card.

The period of stay is written on your residence card.
Your period of stay is also registered at the bank.

If your residence card is renewed, your period of stay will be extended, but if the bank cannot confirm your new residence card, it may treat you as having expired and stop your account.

The envelope is in Japanese including kanji, so it may be difficult to understand, but if the envelope arrives at the dormitory, please take a picture and send it to our page.
