Now, many people in the world are suffering from physical and mental diseases. There are many people in Japan and in the world who seem to have lost the roots of life. Ayurveda can give you strong roots of life.
Ayurveda is a science that can help you restore harmony between humans and nature, harmony among humans, and harmony between the mind and body. Ancient Rishis (wise persons) knew that these harmonies can strengthen immunity of the body.
