These competitions do not provide qualification or entry rights for the World Sushi Cup Japan.

L’11 giugno 2026, a Milano, torna Italy Sushi Cup: la selezione nazionale che decreta il sushichef italiano chiamato a rappresentare il nostro Paese al World Sushi Cup di Tokyo.

Un appuntamento che valorizza tecnica, preparazione, rigore e cultura professionale, riunendo i candidati pronti a confrontarsi in uno dei momenti più rilevanti del percorso sushi a livello internazionale.

Per partecipare è richiesto il possesso del Sushi Skill Proficiency Certificate, attestato che certifica la conoscenza base del sushi professionale.
