による「就労支援におけるビデオモニタリング／バーチャルリアリティーの活用に関する研究の報告」の講義は、非常に興味深く、今後の支援のあり方を考える上で多くの示唆をいただきました。

Haejin Kwon, Kazuaki Maebara, Jun Yaeda, and Juri Shibata were honored to meet the delegates from Employment Development Institute (EDI), Korea Employment Agency for Persons with Disabilities (KEAD). https://edi.kead.or.kr/ENG_Index.do
Thanks to Dr. Kwon, Dr. Maebara gave a belief presentation on the systems of vocational rehabilitation and employment support services in Japan. Dr. Yaeda introduced the Japan Society of Vocational Rehabilitation (JSVR) and the Japan Association of Comprehensive Rehabilitation (JACR). Through the crosstalk on employment services in both countries, we learned that disability awareness in the workplace, training for employment support professionals, and the quality of employment and working life of PWD could be the issues that we will continue to discuss from time to time. Thank you, EDI!

권해진, 마에바라 카즈아키, 야에다 준, 시바타 쥬리가 한국장애인고용공단 고용개발원(EDI) 대표단을 만나게 되어 영광이었습니다. 마에바라 박사는 일본의 직업재활 및 고용지원 서비스 시스템에 대해 권 박사의 도움으로 발표를 진행했습니다. 야에다 박사는 일본직업재활학회(JSVR)와 일본종합재활협회(JACR)를 소개했습니다. 양국의 고용 서비스에 대한 교류를 통해 우리는 직장 내 장애 인식, 고용 지원 전문가 교육, 고용의 질과 PWD의 직장 생활이 앞으로 계속 논의해야 할 과제라는 것을 알게 되었습니다. 감사합니다, EDI!
