Hello everyone! Today we are here with another post about our guest speakers. Please welcome Sylvain Pierre. Following is his message for us! ✌️

“I left France for Vietnam in 2006 to co-found Officience (a French BPO company) with other two associates. After growing the company to 300 people, in 2014, we decided to change our management model and to embrace a flatter and more open structure, a move about which I gave a TED talk in 2015 in Paris 🎤

✈️In 2016, I moved to Japan to launch Le Wagon's Tokyo franchise. Le Wagon is a coding bootcamp for entrepreneur and creative people. In only 4 years, we grew our local community to over 4,000 members, expanded to Kyoto in October 2018, launched a new Data Science program, and have trained 300 aspiring developers and entrepreneurs.

I am a business books and TED enthusiast, fan of Seth Godin, Clay Shirky and Frédéric Laloux's ideas. Curious about the latest business and social trends, I regularly share my own opinions on innovation, globalization and organizational innovation on my blog and twitter. Funny anecdote about me: I got portrayed in a French comic book talking about organizational innovation 😊

I am excited to join Creatoyo for the second year - Speaking to university students, and potentially future entrepreneurs and innovators, always makes me reflect on the evolution of education and on the ever-increasing prevalence of tech in our daily lives. The workshop I'll run will focus on prototyping a web application, with broader learnings in User Experience, Product Design and Pitching.”

Hi everyone! Today we would like you to meet Caitlan Maggs! Here is her message:

“Hi, I’m Caitlan, and I am passionate about developing creativity through art. I believe that through the artistic process, everyone can discover their own creativity. As Artistic Expert at Cirque du Soleil for 20 years, I designed the Artistic Creativity Training for all the CDS Creations and Touring Shows, as well as mentoring dance coaches at CDS’ shows: MJOne & LOVE. At Cirque, through years of experimentation, I developed the art of teaching creativity and how to transform athletes into artists.🎨

🩰A life-long movement expert, I graduated from the Royal Ballet School and performed with The National Ballet of Canada; Les Grands Ballets Canadiens; Desrosiers Dance Theatre, and then became a reputed teacher at L’ Ecole Supérieure de Ballet du Québec, before joining CDS. Through dance, I discovered how to connect the imagination with physical expression, and how to express emotions and stories through the art of Creative Movement.

Since 2017, I am a creativity consultant and have directed workshops for Mosaic Creativity Schools at HEC, Montreal & Lithuania 2017-21, as well as CREATOYO 2019. I am currently writing a book on the creative process, to be published in 2022.✍️

CREATOYO’s collaborative approach to developing creativity is so unique, and I am thrilled to be returning to CREATOYO '22 to offer “CrEaTiVe GaMeS.” These workshops are a great way for you to connect your intuition with your imagination and corporal expression. We will develop confidence, lateral thinking, innovative ideas, and deeper communication. Look forward to meeting you!”

In this sense, we would like to start our journey from France by introducing you to 🌟Professor Émilie Ruiz🌟
