Finally the official video for Japan Global Youth Camp 2017 is out! Thank you everyone, the committee, the camp participants, APU staffs, professors and the media team Shutter for making Japan Global Youth Camp a big success! We hope to spread this project idea to the betterment of the current education in Asia! We had an awesome camp!

Japan Global Youth Camp 2017 is a university students led teaching platform. In this so-called "camp", we recruit high-achieving university students for a unique teaching competition. Four groups are assigned to plan and conduct 4 workshop sessions on 4 different global social topics in just 3 weeks. The topics are: Poverty, Religions and its impact on the society, Gender Equality and Geography. The competition is evaluated by the deliverance of assigned topic, the interactivity, the creativity and the level of understanding of the participants. These evaluation is made by university professors and most largely, from a vast number of Japanese high school students, who are also the main participants of the camp. Besides these workshop sessions, Japan Global Youth Camp's committee also conducted a variety of activities for the Japanese high school students to create a complete "camp" experience for the campers. These includes Welcome Party, Treasure Hunt, Cultural Market, Talent Show, Message Exchange, Final Presentation; which did not only create a welcoming atmosphere but also brought out the true colors and the willingness to step in to the global world of the Japanese high school students.
