The 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗷𝗶 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗔𝗬𝗙) 𝗙𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 is a 𝟲-𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, starting in 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘆, bringing together 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 to work on 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆-𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻.

We are looking for talent in 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗣𝗥/𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗯𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗜𝗧/𝗗𝗫.
𝗝𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 are a plus, but 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆. Selection emphasizes 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, with strong candidates potentially carried over to the next cohort.
