＜小学5･6年生クラス＞18:00-18:55

It's Halloween again at Mets!!
We're having a spooooooky time with all of our Halloween activities this week! Since we are having our activities in our classrooms this year, everybody is enjoying dressing up and playing Halloween games in the safety of our small groups and wearing our masks!

50年前にあったカウンタックの名前が復活されましたよ！ちなみに、Countachの本当の発音はご存じでしょうか？カウンタックというのは日本でしか通じません。もともとのイタリア語でCountachはクーンタシュですよ！
それに、Countachの意味は日本語で言うと「すごい！」という😄

事の始まりは昨日先生たちが車の話をしている時に
いきなり、

「クンターシュ」

と聞こえて、

もしかしてもしかするとと思って聞いてみると、やっぱり

「ランボルギーニ・カウンタック」

の事を話してたのでした！😳😳😳

えええ～～～～

なんと「カウンタック」という発音は日本だけらしく

それも先生たちにびっくりされました。

でも、カウンタックはやっぱりカウンタックですよね。。。

北海道の緊急事態宣言延長を受け、ただ今休講中ですが、今日はキッズクラスと中学生向けのオンラインレッスンの日です。

おかげ様でマイクとシュンのクラスはどのクラスも満員で、朝から両先生はフル回転、オペレーション室（事務室）のケンもモニタリングに大忙しです。

皆さん、一週間ぶりですね。元気そうで良かったです！
マスクなしでお話できるのもオンラインレッスンの良い所です。

全クラスで90名以上の生徒さんが今日参加されます。
皆さん、参加ありがとうございます！

今日は夕方までオンラインレッスンを行います。
以上、久しぶりのオンラインレッスンに奮闘中の先生方でした。

休講措置が解除となり、また皆さんと教室でお会いできる日を心待ちにしております。

Wow, can you believe it's already February! We're only 10 days away from Valentine's Day! When I was in elementary school, all the children would exchange light-hearted Valentine's Day cards. These usually had corny puns written on them. Here are a couple of pictures with the kinds of things I usually saw. The fruit and animal names replace actual words that sound similar. Do you know what the actual words are supposed to be?
