Community in Tama!
Our time in Tama came together through Community Contribution and the Arigato Event.
From visiting local high schools to sharing our own cultures at an international event through performances, conversation, and exchange, participants connected with the community in meaningful ways while learning from one another.
The Arigato Event was our chance to say thank you to everyone who welcomed and supported us throughout our stay in Tama❤️

Host Families in Tama!
A huge thank you to all the host families in Tama who welcomed us with such kindness and warmth.
Through shared meals, conversations, and everyday moments together, these connections became one of the most meaningful parts of the World Campus experience.

Diversity in Tama, Tokyo!
We were met with a lot of people in Tama. High school and university students, volunteers, host families, company employees, driving instructors, and the welcoming community at the international festival. Volunteers even organized optional guided tours around Tokyo, from Asakusa and Sanrio Puroland to a late-night barbecue.

Hands-on Education in Tama, Tokyo!
From shishi-mai and Hyottoko and Otafuku dances to trying it all ourselves. We visited the Haseko Mansion Museum, explored KDDI, met students at local schools, and even tried our hand at a driving simulator. All wrapped up with an international festival that brought it all together.

Community Contribution & Arigato Event in Abiko!
Giving back is a core part of the WCI program. Participants share their culture with host families, local students, and the wider community. The Arigato Event is the highlight: a heartfelt thank you through performance and celebration of our time together.

Host Families in Abiko!
For many participants, staying with a host family is the highlight of the program. In Abiko, families opened their doors and their daily lives — sharing meals, routines, and the small moments that make a place feel familiar.

Diversity in Abiko, Chiba!
World Campus brings together participants from all over the world — and that mix is at the heart of everything. Different backgrounds, languages, and perspectives, all in one place.

Hands-on Education in Abiko, Chiba!
Learning by doing — the World Campus way. In Abiko, participants got to try a little bit of everything Japan has to offer:

Community Contribution in Inzai!
We wrapped up our time in Inzai through Community Contribution and the Arigato Event — giving back to the people who welcomed us so warmly.
