The Workers Center in Al-Hassan Industrial City is not only a recreational space for workers, but also a place for learning, development, and empowerment.

🧠 Mental Health Awareness Sessions for Bangladeshi Female Workers
Workers Center Association is pleased to invite Bangladeshi female workers to participate in a free Mental Health Awareness Session on Friday, May 15, 2026.
📍 Location: Workers Center – Al-Hassan Industrial Estate
⏰ Session Times:
• First Session: 2:00 PM
• Second Session: 4:00 PM
The session will focus on:
✔ Understanding mental health and personal needs
✔ Recognizing stress and fatigue signs
✔ Learning simple relaxation and self-care strategies
✔ Knowing where and how to seek support
✔ Improving overall well-being and daily life
Participation is FREE and seats are limited.
Interested participants are kindly requested to visit the Workers Center to reserve their seats in advance.
