تَحتَ رِعاية عَميد كُليَّة الصَّيدلة في جامعة الْعُلوم وَ التُّكنولوجيا الأُردُنيَّة الدُّكتور قُصي البلص، قامت كليّة الصَّيدلة و بالتَّعاون مع نادي JUST-IVPN Student Club يوم الثُّلاثاء بتاريخ (November 12, 2024) بِتنظيم مُحاضرة بعنوان (Are You an Impressive Student/Pharmacist? Tools for Self Assessment).

وَ ذَلك باستِضافة الدُّكتور أُسامة طَبّارة الْمؤسس لشبكة IVPN-Network، أبو ظبي-الإمارات العربية المُتَّحِدة و الْحاصِل على (R.Ph, BCNSP, EMBA)، و الدُّكتور حُسام السَّلامات سفير الشبكة في الأُردن.

حيثُ طَرَحَ الدُّكتور طبّارة كيفية التركيز على عِدّة جوانب رئيسيّة يجبُ على الأفرادِ اكتسابها لزيادةِ فرصهم في سوق العمل. مِنْ بينِ هذه المهارات، كانت مهاراةُ الذَّكاء الأجتماعي، حيث يُعتبر التّواصل الْجيد مع الزُّملاء والْعملاء أمراً أساسياً، و الذكاء في معرفةِ النّفس و مُبتغاها و إدراك نقاطُ الْقوة وَ نِقاط الضَّعف و العمل على تحسينها.

كما تمَّ الْحديث عن أهميةِ الالتزام، و تحديدِ الأهداف، و الْحِفاظ على صحةِ الْجسم للتقدم للنجاح و لا سيَما طرح معادلة تتضمن أهمية النّوايا الْحسنة و الطَّيبة في الْفلاح، و الكثير مِنَ الْمهارات الْقيادية التي ترفَعُ الإنتاجيّة، و تُعينُ على خَلْقِ بيئة عمليَّة مُلائمة وَ مريحة وَ كأنَّها عائِلة (FARmily). كانت الْمُحاضرة شاملة، وَ مُفيدة، حيْثُ زوَّدت الحضور بنصائح عمليّة يُمكن تطبيقها في سعيهم للحصول على وظائف مناسبة.

وَ حَضَرَ الْورشة عدد كبير مِن رؤساء الأقسام و أعضاء الهيئةِ التدريسية و الصيادِلة و الباحثين و طلبة كُليَّةِ الصَّيدلة.
