Healing of lesions depends on many factors and one of the most important factors is you . This case was done by me .As you see here the lower molar and premolar were Endodontically treated . The lower molar was treated by Endodontist using 3d obturation(warm vertical obturation) ,and the premolar was done by me using cold lateral obturation by the way premolar had a deep split as you see .Healing happend in one and a half month .More details about cleaning and shaping are coming in my next videos

Even best temporary filling will not prevent micro leakage .Thats why endodontic treatment should be finished as soon as possible
In this case patient came with a temporary filling and fistula . When I pressed on the fistula ,the puss went out from the filling ( which means it leaks)
