Maisaletstalkfood This group is dedicated to all food lovers worldwide What is it all about?

I will be hosting weekly sessions in the comforts of my cozy house in Mirdiff, which will allow each participant to enjoy this special culinary journey while actively participating in the preparation of the sessions’ selected dished. Each session will last for approximately 2-3 hours and will include:

- Introductory session for all attendees over cups of Sweet Arabic Coffee,
- The preparation of an appetizer, Main Dish and a dessert, all cooked with Passion yet with simple and straightforward tips,
- Demonstrations of simple yet special ideas for table arrangements with a Middle Eastern Spin,
- Printed recipes with photos for demonstration, including information, history and stories about each special dish,
-monthly tours to food markets and trying ethnic eats of old dubai, and
- A great opportunity to meet new friends, who share your interest or Love for Middle Eastern Cuisine,

Join me on a journey of exploration of Middle Eastern Cuisine, one of the Most Magical Kitchens in the World. I will share with you recipes of dishes that I have perfected, recipes from Friends, recipes from mothers and grandmothers, which have been shared across decades and generations of Arab Woman, and I promise you that there will be a new experience waiting for you at every one of “Lets Talk Food” Sessions.

With his excellency Mr Jacob Prado and his wife Mrs Karina bugarini, and the Maestro (sculptor) Mr Sebastian from the ceremony of the installation of the El Caballito sculpture in Amman /Rainbow street that represents friendship and cultural exchange between the two countries.

Sebastián (sculptor) is one of Mexico’s most internationally recognized contemporary sculptors, famous for creating massive geometric public sculptures that transform city skylines.

العمل اسمه الرسمي “Cabeza de Caballo” أي “رأس حصان”، وهو مصنوع من الفولاذ الأصفر الضخم في مكسيكو سيتي.

الفنجان اللي بشرب في الصبح كمان اختاره حسب مزاجي وشعوري بهداك اليوم .
فنجان اليوم من هونج كونج، هادا فنجان لنوع حليب مشهور بجزيرة هونج كونج ويعتبر من تراثها ، وفيصل قرب برحع للعطلة الصيفية وانا عقلي معاه ، لقيت حالي حابه اشرب بهادا الفنجان اليوم .
