We provide Project Management and Project Control, Contracts Administration, and Claims Management services. We assist our clients in:
- Time, Cost, Quality, & Risk Control.
- Delay Claims.
- Price Acceleration Claims.
- Change of Work Order Claims.
- Extra Items and Variation Claims.
- Different Site Condition Claims.
- Damage Claims.
- Loss of Profit Claims.
- Wrongful Withholding of Deposits Claims.

Business Development and Planning Engineer



Civil Engineer
0-3 years of experience in the related field
Computer Skills
knowledge in Training coordination
Marketing skills

Employment Type

Degree in Civil Engineering

A minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls, delay analysis, productivity analysis, and the resolution of claims and disputes.

The vacancies in Jordan and Qatar

Proficiency with Primavera P6

- Analyze or prepare complex construction delay/disruption/acceleration and cost claims, with responsibility for the entire assignment on smaller claims, or acting as a lead on larger claims.
- Prepare reports, present findings to clients, and assist in claim negotiations with opposing parties.
- Perform construction schedule reviews for ongoing projects and provide opinions, advice, and reports on project progress and forecasts.
- Read contract language, determine proper interpretation, and apply to facts.
- Manage assignments and deliver profitable results within the planned budget.
- Support and execute business development strategies to identify and deliver construction claims opportunities and engagements.
- Provide mentoring to junior-level staff.
Establish and maintain professional business relations with clients.
