Kindermusik with Dana What is Kindermusik? Kindermusik is an early childhood education music and movement program for children (0- 7 years old) And now, around the world.

Kindermusik is an early childhood education music and movement program for children from infants to 7 years old. It is based on a Kindergarten music and movement program developed by educational experts in Germany in the 1960s. When developing Kindermusik's curriculum, the original creative team drew on the works of esteemed musicians and educators from Europe and Asia, including Shinichi Suzuki, Maria Montessori, Zoltán Kodály, Emile Jaques-Dalcroze and Carl Orff. More than 1 million families in at least 60 countries have attended Kindermusik classes in programs worldwide. The program uses high-quality recordings, instruments, and award-winning literature books along with traditional nursery rhymes, fingerplays and songs to build a strong foundation of not only music education, but other areas of development, including cognitive, emotional, social, physical, and language development. All activities are age appropriate for that class. Every Kindermusik class immerses your child in a rich, developmentally appropriate environment. Our multi-sensory approach allows children to see, feel, hear and then express concepts in their own creative way. Research proves that music is the best activity for nurturing every area of a child’s development. From birth onward, music is the optimum vehicle for learning! This coming Sunday (7th of April), dr. Vincent Crump will be here with us to speak about food allergies, allergic diseases and anaphylaxis.

About his book: “ Allergies New Zealand’s Growing Epidemic“ offers an in- depth examination on the treatment of allergies and the ways in which allergic conditions are interrelated. It also includes case studies illustration how allergies manifest themselves and a wealth of practical advice on how to recognize allergies and where to look for the most effective treatment options.

Dr. Vincent St Aubyn Crump is an allergist at Manchester University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and setting the only allergy service in Jamaica. He has written a number of reviews articles on allergy, developed Patient Education Aids frequently participates in public and professional presentations on allergy in New Zealand and UK.
