الدارة , دارة عثمان بدير للريادة و الإبداع As part of the German Jordanian University responsibility toward conserving Jordan's heritage

The School of Architecture and Built environment has started the rehabilitation process of a heritage site in Jabal Amman to house its studios, workshops and ateliers. The site will be named after the name of the donor: "Othman Bedier House for Architecture and Design". The site will:

- House an interactive museum presenting the collective memory of Jabal Amman.
- Provide a forum for students and professionals in planning, design and refurbishment of the built environment
- Provide a platform for the local community to interact with students and faculty, outreach unit /activities, to provide a real participation planning Endeavor at the level of the neighborhood.
- Provide studios to house visiting lecturers, group of artists architects and
visitors of GJU and School.
