1 تشكيل مظله جقيقيه للمحافضه على حقوق ومكتسبات الاعضاء للنقابه والدفاع عنها .
2 تلبي القضايا العادله لأعضاء هذه المهنه فرديه كانت ام جماعيه
3التنسيق الكامل مع اصحاب العمل ولرفع المستوا الفني والعملي للعضو وسويه العمل .
4 تدريب وتئهيل الاعضاء لرفع الكفائه المهنيه والعمليه وتأهيلهم وتطوير قدراتهم على الالتزام التام بأعلى معاير السلامه الجويه
5تمثيل الزملاء الاعضاء في بهذه الم

لقد تم اجتماع الهيئه التنفيذيه لنقابة مهندسي وفنيي صيانة الطائرات يوم الاثنين 4-9-2013 بكامل اعضائه مع وجود بعض الضيوف الاعزاء وتم اتخاذ القرارات التاليه :
1- قبول استقالة السيد احمد العمري وترشيح السيد صبحي العبادي من شركة جورامكو بدلا منه
2- توسيع مظلة الاعضاء واضافة ما يلي الى شروط العضوية للهيئة العامة
ان يعمل باحدى المهن المسانده لصيانه الطائرات.
تم اليوم الاثنين 4-11اجتماع النقابه وبحضور عددكبير من الاعضاء الجدد وتم اتخاذ قرارات مهمه جدا سوف تعلن لاحقا ولوحظ الاقبال الشديد للمشتركين الجدد ونرحب بهم في نقابتهم الجديده ليكملو ما بدأناه
تم اجتماع الهيئة العامة لنقابة مهندسي وفنيي صيانة الطائرات يوم 27-08-2013 وتم مناقشة واقرار ما يلي
1- اقرار النظام الداخلي بالصيغة النهائية
2- مناقشة الوضع المالي والاشتراكات
3- انتخاب الرئاسة والمجلس التنفيذي الدائم كما يلي...
- السيد طاهر ابو رمان رئيسا
- السيد حكم السمور نائبا للرئيس .....وعضو لجنة مالية
- السيد محمد عوني امين السر
- السيد احمد عميرة عضو لجنة مالية
- السيد حسام السرخي عضو لجنة مالية ......امين الصندوق
- السيد علي نمروقة عضو
- السيد احمد العمري عضو
- السيد خالد الخرابشة عضو
- السيد جودت فضل عضو
نريد تكاتف الجميع لأنه انجاح النقابه ووضعها على مسارها الصحيح والهدف الذي انجزت من اجله هو بيدكم وبأرادتكم جميعا..نرجو منكم اخذها على محمل الجد..وعدم السماع لمن يريد ان يحبط المعنويات...ولا نريد ان نكون متخاذلين.....نرجو الفزعه والهبه من الجميع بداية بالأنتساب الى النقابه..ودفع الأشتراكات...من اجل تامين مقر للنقابه...قوم تعاونو ما ذلو.....بسم الله وعلى بركة الله نبداء
