Randa oversees our Arabic Language Coaches in Amman, leading recruitment, training, and professional development to ensure coaching is consistent, learner-centered, and culturally grounded.

🤝 Anwar Nassar — Director of Client Experience
Anwar oversees learner progress, client care, and scheduling. She supports each participant’s journey from start to finish, making sure the experience is smooth, personalized, and well-coordinated. Her role bridges coaching delivery with participant support, ensuring clear communication, follow-up, and a positive learning environment.

📚 Nadeen Al Ajarmeh — Director of Resource Development
Nadeen leads the creation of our Levantine Arabic learning materials and resources, overseeing content development and ongoing improvement to ensure they are practical, culturally relevant, and fully connected to real-life communication.
