Dear students who wish to start their German Year in Summer semester 2023,

This is a kind reminder about the opening of the registration period for the upcoming semester German Year SS2023. The registration period will open from the 5th to the 9th of October 12:00 PM (Noon) .

Kindly find here and attached, German Year Outgoing Applications Flow in MyGJU for Students. Please read the demo thoroughly and make sure to register before the deadline.
IMPORTANT : *The registration for the German year (GY) process will take place from Wednesday 05.10 until Sunday 09.10 via My GJU portal. NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE DEADLINE Sunday, 09.10.2022, 12:00 PM (Noon), please don’t forget to press on SUBMIT after your registration on MYGJU.
Kindly note that all students who wish to apply for the GY SS2023 are required to register through their MyGJU accounts as per the demo including all GY Erasmus+ scholars (otherwise your scholarship seat will be lost automatically).
Kindly note to follow-up with GLC regarding all updated related regulations to the German B1 exam.
Deadline to attend German B1 Exam for outgoing students (German 6 OLD TRACK & SAHL Students) GY summer Semester 2023: 01.12.2022. You have time before 01.12.2022 to attend an official B1 exam. After that date, it will not be accepted!
Deadline to submit full B1 or Full B2 certificate to apply for universities require full B1 or Full B2 for outgoing students SS 2023 is during the registration period for the GY 05.10 – 09.10 and no certificates will be accepted after 09.10.2022!

** Please note as well that the blocked amount set by the German government will be (934*12 + 189 ((Fintiba fees)) = 11,397 Euro). This amount might be increased in the future** deadline to have already received your blocking confirmation from Fintiba is 1.12.2022.
