حين يلتقي العمل الاجتماعي بالإعلام: تجربة آلاء في نابلس
ترى آلاء مجاهد، 24 عامًا، طالبة ماجستير في الخدمة الاجتماعية ومتطوعة في مؤسستي "لمة صحافة" و"جذور للإنماء الصحي والاجتماعي"، أن الإعلام لم يعد مجالًا منفصلًا عن العمل الاجتماعي، بل أصبح جزءًا أساسيًا من الطريقة التي نفهم بها المجتمع ونتفاعل معه.
هذا الاهتمام دفعها للمشاركة في تدريب التربية الإعلامية والمعلوماتية، الذي عُقد في مدينة نابلس خلال الفترة من 9 إلى 11 آب/أغسطس 2026، ضمن مشروع "خبز وملح، خلّينا نحكي".
تقول آلاء: "أنا كتير مهتمة في الأشياء الإعلامية، لأنها هي لغة العصر، وهي شيء اجتماعي. بحاول أكون متواجدة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بالطريقة الملائمة لمهنتي كأخصائية اجتماعية، واللي استفدته من التدريب هو كيف أظهر صورتي أمام المجتمع عشان أقدر أخلق تغيير في المجتمع من خلال هذه الصورة. كمان قدرت أعمل Bio على إنستغرام لصفحتي، وتعلمت عن أدوات التحقق من المعلومات والأخبار."
وتعكس تجربة آلاء كيف يمكن توظيف مهارات التربية الإعلامية والمعلوماتية لدعم العمل الاجتماعي، وتعزيز الحضور المهني والرقمي بطريقة أكثر وعيًا ومسؤولية.
ويأتي هذا النشاط ضمن سلسلة من تدريبات بناء القدرات الموجّهة إلى الشباب الفلسطينيين، والتي تُنظَّم خلال شهري تموز/يوليو وآب/أغسطس 2026 في محافظات القدس والخليل ونابلس وجنين وطولكرم وقلقيلية، وتتناول التربية الإعلامية والمعلوماتية، والصحافة الحسّاسة للنزاعات، والقيادة وحلّ النزاعات.

Alaa’s Experience in Nablus: When Social Work Meets Media

Alaa Mujahid, 24, is a master’s student in Social Work and a volunteer with Lammah Sahafa and Juthoor for Health and Social Development. She believes that media is no longer separate from social work; rather, it has become an essential part of how we understand society and engage with it.

This interest motivated Alaa to participate in the Media and Information Literacy (MIL) training held in Nablus from 9 to 11 August 2026, as part of the project “Bread and Salt: Let's Talk”.

Alaa shares: “I’m very interested in media-related topics because media is the language of our time, and it is deeply connected to society. I try to maintain a presence on social media in a way that aligns with my profession as a social worker. What I gained from the training was learning how to present myself to the community so that I can create positive change through that image. I was also able to create an Instagram bio for my page, and I learned about tools for verifying information and news.”

Alaa’s experience shows how MIL skills can support social work and help young professionals strengthen their digital presence in a more conscious, responsible, and impactful way.

This activity is part of a series of capacity-building trainings for young Palestinians, organized during July and August 2026 in the governorates of Jerusalem, Hebron, Nablus, Jenin, Tulkarm, and Qalqilya. The trainings focus on MIL, Conflict-Sensitive Journalism, leadership, and conflict resolution.

شباب جنين في مواجهة التضليل: معرفة وتحقّق وتفكير نقدي!

نفّذت أكاديمية دويتشه فيله (DW Akademie)، خلال الفترة من 20 إلى 22 تموز/يوليو 2026، تدريبًا حول التربية الإعلامية والمعلوماتية، بمشاركة 16 شابة وشابًا من مدينة #جنين وبلدات: #ميثلون، #عرّابة، #زبوبا، #اليامون، #سانور، و #عربونة.

امتد التدريب ثلاثة أيام في مقر مركز أمنية الشبابي بمدينة جنين، وتناول مهارات
- تحليل المحتوى الإعلامي،
- تقييم المصادر،
- التمييز بين الخبر والرأي والشائعة،
- التحقق من المعلومات والصور والمقاطع المصوّرة قبل نشرها.

كما ناقش المشاركون مفاهيم الخصوصية والهوية الرقمية والخوارزميات والتضليل وخطاب الكراهية، وأساسيات إنتاج محتوى إعلامي مسؤول.

وقال أحمد (23 عامًا)، أحد المشاركين: "سأحرص على نقل المعارف والمهارات التي اكتسبتها إلى المتطوعات والمتطوعين في مؤسستي. تعلّمت أهمية تدقيق المعلومات، والتحقق من مصدر الصور وتاريخ نشرها وسياقها، والتأكد مما إذا كانت حقيقية أو معدّلة باستخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، مثل التزييف العميق. كما عزّز التدريب أهمية التعاون والعمل بروح الفريق والبحث عن حلول للمشكلات".

Jenin Youth counter misinformation through Knowledge, Verification and Critical Thinking!

From 20 to 22 July 2026, DW Akademie conducted a Media and Information Literacy ( ) training for 16 young women and men from the city of and the towns of , , , , , and .

Held over three days at the Omnia Youth Center in Jenin, the training covered skills in:
- Analyzing media content
- Evaluating sources
- Distinguishing between news, opinion, and rumors
- Verifying information, images, and videos before sharing them

Participants also explored topics such as privacy, digital identity, algorithms, misinformation, hate speech, and the fundamentals of responsible media content creation.

Ahmad (23), one of the participants, said: “I will make sure to share the knowledge and skills I gained with the volunteers in my organization. I learned the importance of fact-checking information, verifying the source, publication date, and context of images, and determining whether they are authentic or altered using artificial intelligence technologies such as deepfakes. The training also reinforced the importance of cooperation, teamwork, and seeking solutions to challenges.”

This activity is part of a broader series of capacity-building trainings for Palestinian youth taking place during July and August 2026 in the governorates of , , , , , and . The trainings cover media and information literacy, conflict-sensitive journalism, leadership, and conflict resolution.

كانت فرح(18 عامًا) إحدى المشاركات في التدريب الخاص بـ "التربية الإعلامية والمعلوماتية" الذي نظمته أكاديمية "دويتشه فيله" (DW Akademie) في الفترة من 18 إلى 20 يوليو 2026 في بلدة #الجديرة بمحافظة القدس.

Farah discovers the power of Communication and Information Verification:

"I learned not to believe everything that is published on social media and to always verify the source of the content. Information may be inaccurate, or an image may be old and reused in a different context.“

Farah (18) was one of the participants of the media and information literacy ( ) training implemented by the DW Akademie from 18–20 July 2026 in the town of Al-Judeira in the Jerusalem Governorate.

For Farah, it was the very first training she ever attended, she said. This workshop brought together young women from the villages of , , and .
