PSUT International Model United Nations Club In PSUT MUN, our aim is to develop internationally minded people who recognize our common humanity.

Princess Sumaya’s University for Technology Model United Nations, also known as PSUTMUN, is an annual educational simulation and academic competition in which students can learn about diplomacy, international relations, and the United Nations. PSUTMUN involves and teaches researching, public speaking, debating, and writing skills, in addition to critical thinking, teamwork, and leadership abilities. This conference is set up for the students in Jordan and worldwide. Participants in Model UN conferences, known as delegates, are placed in committees and assigned countries, or occasionally other organizations or political figures, where they represent members of that body. They are presented with their assignments in advance, along with a topic or topics that their committee will discuss. Delegates conduct research before conferences and formulate positions that they will then debate lively with their fellow delegates in the committee, staying true to the actual position of the member they represent. They will be able to connect with each other and share their passion for international affairs, At the end of a conference, the resolutions which passed in each committee will be sent to the United Nations. The aim of PSUT MUN is to develop internationally minded people who recognize our common humanity and shared guardianship of the planet, help create a better and more peaceful world.
