Entrepreneurship and Employability Skills Training

In cooperation with SPARK, the Netherlands, ASK implemented a pioneer project in Jordan "Entrepreneurial Skills and Employment - Work Readiness Skills Program", which aimed to build the capacity of Jordanian university graduates and enhance their opportunities to join the labor market. The program targeted the development of their “Work Ready Skills” and facilitate their seamless transition into the labor market and to contribute to the country overall development and creating jobs for the university graduates.
The program included both: critical topics that contributes to the development of students' competencies such as: communication skills, team building skills as well as entrepreneurial skills, problem-solving, and labor market awareness skills. The program targeted 200 university graduates students from the university of Jordan and Petra university in their final academic year. The online training program was implemented over a period of 4 weeks using Zoom technologies with distinguished level of interactivity that contributed to the program overall success and the satisfaction of the participants. Dr. Amin Amin, CEO of ASK shared his excitement about the program and emphasized ASK genuine commitment for this noble and important initiative from SPARK that is impacting hundreds of Jordanian university graduates and will have clear effect on their employment opportunities. He emphasized that many of the presented and discussed subjects such as design thinking, business model canvas and lean approach have attracted the full attention of the participants and provided them with new insights that can help them not only joining the labor market but also the possibility of setting their own businesses for many of them.

برنامج: مهارات ريادة الأعمال والتوظيف – مهارات الاستعداد للعمل
نفذت شركة اسأل بالتعاون مع منظمة سبارك الهولندية في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية برنامجًا رائدًا بعنوان"مهارات ريادة الأعمال والتوظيف – مهارات الاستعداد للعمل"
ركز البرنامج على بناء قدرات خريجي الجامعات الأردنية وتعزيز فرصهم للانتقال إلى سوق العمل، كما ركز البرنامج بشكل أساسي على تطوير مهارت الاستعداد للعمل للخريجين الجدد، وذلك من خلال بناء قدراتهم وزيادة فرصهم في سوق العمل من أجل ضمان مساهمتهم في التنمية الشاملة للأردن.
تضمن البرنامج العديد من الموضوعات التي تسهم في تنمية كفايات الطلبة وإعدادهم لسوق العمل مثل: مهارات التواصل، ومهارات بناء الفريق، ومهارات ريادة الأعمال وحل المشكلات، ومهارات الوعي بسوق العمل. استهدف البرنامج (200) طالب (ممن هم في الفصل الدراسي الأخير) من خريجي الجامعة الأردنية، وجامعة البتراء. تم تنفيذ البرنامج على مدار (4) أسابيع باستخدام تقنية "Zoom"، هذا ولقد تم تصميم البرنامج بحيث يتضمن مستوی عال من المشاركة الفعالة من خلال الأنشطة التفاعلية محققًا نجاعة أكبر في تحقيق الأهداف وكذلك رضا المتدربين.
وفي هذا الصدد عبر د. أمين أمين "الرئيس التنفيذي" لشركة اسأل العربية عن مدى اهتمامه وحماسه للبرنامج، كما أكد على التزام شركة اسأل نحو تحقيق أهداف هذه المباردة النبيلة التي أطلقتها منظمة سبارك والتي ستؤثر على مئات من خريجي الجامعات الأردنية وعلی فرصهم في الحصول علی فرص عمل، كما أضاف د. أمين أن العديد من الموضوعات التي تمت مناقشتها خلال ورشات التدريب مثل: التصميم التفكيري، ومخطط نموذج الأعمال، والمنهج الرشيق، جذبت انتباه المتدربين بشكل عالٍ، وزودتهم برؤى جديدة لن تساعدهم على الانضمام إلى سوق العمل فحسب، ولكنها أيضًا فتحت أمامهم الآفاق والفرص لإنشاء أعمالهم الخاصة في المستقبل.

اسأل لتنمية الموارد البشرية تفوز بمشروع هيئة الأمم المتحدّة للمرأة (UN - Women)
إنجاز جديد يسطر في سجل إنجازات اسأل لتنمية الموارد البشرية، فلقد فازت اسأل بالعطاء الذي طرحته هيئة الأمم المتحدّة للمرأة (UN WOMEN) والذي يتعلّق بتطوير المهارات الفنية للقيادات النسائية الناشئة.
يُركّز المشروع على تنمية كفايات موظفي صندوق استثمار أموال الضمان الاجتماعي (SSIF) المتعلقة بموضوعات "الجندر" لتعزيز أدوارهم في دعم اتجاهات وممارسات المساواة بين الجنسين في صنع القرار والسياسات، ونحن بدورنا في اسأل نتطلع إلى تحقيق أهداف هذا المشروع وفق رؤية هيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة والمساواة بين الجنسين، وصندوق استثمار أموال الضمان الاجتماعي، وأن نضمّ هذا المشروع إلى سلسلة النجاحات التي حققتها اسأل في ميدان المرأة وتنمية الموارد البشرية، وفي هذا الصدد أشار الدكتور أمين أمين "المدير التنفيذي" لشركة اسأل إلى حرص شركة اسأل على تقديم أفضل الممارسات وأساليب التدريب لتحقيق أهداف المشروع، واستدامة أثر البرنامج على المدى البعيد بما يخدم مصلحة الفئة المستهدفة.

We are proud to announce that ASK has won the UN WOMEN's bid for 2020 -2021 titled "Female Emerging Leaders Technical Development". The project focuses on Strengthening the capacity of the Social Security Investment Fund staff members (SSIF) on gender equality and gender diversity to enhance their roles in supporting gender equality and gender diversity trends and practices in decision making and policy making. ASK is looking forward to achieve the goals of this project in accordance with the vision of UN WOMEN, and the Social Security Investment Fund, and to include this project in a series of its successes that have been achieved in the field of women and human resource development.
